Description of Fox Ranger Bike Short - Men's: |
The Men’s Ranger Bike Short has been a top seller in the Fox Racing line, and now it has a few new upgrades. Inner thigh zip vents help you stay cool on hot summer rides without freezing you in the fall. Fox Racing added an adjustable waist for a better fit, and front hand pockets for chill style. You also get an audio interface that includes a pocket for your MP3 player, so you always have tunes when you need extra inspiration.
Bottom Line: Even better.

| The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly 07-30-09 |
Power Ranger! (1): |
| The Good: They are very light-weight. The chamois is on the thin side, but sufficient. Pockets galore! Great male "support".
The Bad: No vents, you punk description writers! Chamois is very squeaky, farting continuously. (Bad for style, good for keeping people off your tail... BTW what frenchie tour de france wannabe decided to call it a chamois? Chamois is a type of leather! This here is Uh'merica, we call it an ass-pad!) Baggier than shown in the picture, that guy must have been wearing size 25s with the ass torn out.
The Ugly: Giant houndstooth pattern is pretty cheezy: would be cool if it were faded. I might bleach em for that effect. |

| Great short but strange fit 11-02-09 |

| My waist size is 32/33" so I ordered the large. The short is actually very snug on me, but the waist is much too big.
Even with the adjustable waist settings cinched to the max, it is still falling. My wife added to belt loops to the front and now I wear a belt and it's fine, but I would expect that a Fox product would at least have the front belt loops installed. |

| Worth it for the price 06-26-09 |

| Mine didn't come with inner thigh vents. I had to add more velcore as after a few rides they stretched and the waist got too big. Due to this I would reccomend going a size down. I have had nothing, but great experiences with Fox until now. With these you get what you pay for and thats it. Also not having belt loops sucks. Lastly, they seem to tear/rip/puncture easy as mine have developed small holes. I do use these around 5 days a week or more, and plan on buying more shorts from Fox. Next time I will throw down some extra cash and get a higher end model. |
