Description of Foursquare Arroyo Jacket - Men's: |
 |
Foursquare gets you dialed with the Men's Arroyo Jacket. This 8K waterproof jacket keeps you cool when you’re running hot thanks to a breathable shell. On warmer days, snap out the interior track jacket and rock just the shell on the mountain, just the liner for lounging at the lodge. Underarm zips add extra control over your temperature and an attached hood blocks wind and snow. Foursquare threw a pocket on the sleeve for your goodies and added interior stashes for your tunes, goggles, and pass.
Bottom Line: Get your goodies in your jacket.

| I bought the black one when it was on sale for $83 down from $200 or something, I know that it was well worth my money. I don't know if it's worth 200 though because A. I'd never spend that on a coat and B. I don't snowbaord, I just wanted a coat that I knew would kick balls. It fits very well and all the size adjusters are well hidden so you don't look like an idiot with strings dangling all over. The hood allows peripheral vision and the liner doesn't seem like much but once they're put together it is a very toasty machine.
It's damn fine for the money! |

| I got this jacket at the end of 2008 and loooveeed the color combo (brilliance yellow). Very stylish looking, but very weird shell/inner fleece.
I got the large hoping the jacket wouldn't be too big, and I was a little wrong. I know that foursquare runs larger than expected... but the problem was that the inside fleece fit perfectly and the outside shell was just sloppy-big in my opinion.
I thought about returning this for a medium, but realized that it wouldn't fit me unless I wanted to discard the fleece liner- which, is a bit on the cheap side as one of the other posters alluded too.
If you like baggy, this is a good jacket and it serves its purpose of being warm. On snowy days, it has a tendency to get wet, and a bit heavier than it already is.
I'm satisfied, but find myself rocking other gear (separate jacket, hoodie, or fleece) at any chance that I can. |

| I got this in Olivine. When it got here at first I thought it was the wrong jacket. It is about 20x lighter. It looks like a girls jacket.
The liner is feels very cheap and you can't access the inside pockets when it's in. |
