Description of Forum Discrete Softshell Jacket - Women's:
There are regular, boring softshells, and then there’s the Forum Women’s Discrete Softshell Jacket. This jacket features a technical design with stylish appointments that put it in a class of its own. The DWR coating sheds snow and light rain when you take it out for a shred sesh in the terrain park, and the four front pockets, buttoned shoulder tabs, and felt logo appliqué separate you from the techy ski nerds at the bar. The adjustable hood, cuff thumbholes, and vent openings make the Discrete a great choice for any mild spring day on the mountain.
Bottom Line: A technical yet stylish choice for independent shred betties.
I ordered a small since I wear a small in most tops. It ran a bit small and when bending over to strap in, the sleeves pulled a bit. It also fits short, so if you like longer jackets this might not me for you. But over all the concept is a simple, lightweight but warm spring jacket to rock on those too warm for the winter-coat days. The material is very waterproof and gives the jacket a sleek look.
The details on this jacket are sick; from the white shoulder buttons, to the brim on the hood. The inside of it feels comfortable and warm and I would recommend it for Spring boarding. You may want to order it one size up though because it is a little short. Enjoy!
its hard to say much since its summer!! but its a cute jacket. seems warm. i had to go up one size compared to usual. the only downfall so far is the length. i thought it would be at least to my hips, but i have a long torso and it doesnt go over my belt. snow will be keeping me cool in the spring!
