The pad works wonderfully as a crash pad and is incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The problems I have had with it are that on my first trip with it the sewing on the front of the pad tore. The cover was replaced but 3 trips later a buckle on the shoulder strap broke. With so many pads to choose from I would say save a ton of money and get a more conventional pad that will last.
