I love the fit of this skirt! I ordered a 12, one size larger than I usually wear after looking at the sizing guide, as my hips are large, and got the fit perfect. It's modern and feminine: sits low on the waist, hugs the behind just enough to be flattering, with the length dropping just past the knees. The flare of the skirt (though not obvious) is enough to allow for big steps, which will definitely allow me to wear this in place of shorts comfortably even while doing light hiking. Also love the multiple pockets, even the hidden zip pocket. Will be great for travel!
I got this skirt for a great deal on SAC - it came today and it's very cute and just the right length for work or play. I nearly always wear a size 4 in bottoms. I had ordered a size 6 in this item after checking the size chart. However, it's still a bit too snug for the comfort I want. I'll be returning it for the size 8. Beware if you have any hips at all - order at lease a size up!
I haven't had the chance to wear it yet...but I bought this for an upcoming trip to India. It looks like it will pack and wash very well. I am really looking forward to wearing it!
I normally wear a size 4 but my hips are the largest part of my body. I ordered a size 8 after reading the other reviews and it fits well, a little loose on the waist but fits well everywhere else.
