Description of Eureka Mountain Breeze Tent 2-Person 3-Season:
Eureka designed the Mountain Breeze 2-Person Tent with plenty of floor space and head room to help you stay comfortable through those long storm-bound days. Double doors allow both you and your partner easy access, and you each get a vestibule to store your packs, boots, and other gear out of the rain. The Mountain Breeze Tent's seven-foot floor length provides plenty of room to stretch out and still have a place for more gear by your feet. Eureka used DAV Feathrelite NSL poles to ensure excellent strength and durability when you're sitting through nasty weather.
Bottom Line: More comfortable than your last tent.
Total love this tent, set it up as a gear tent when the rain came down we ditched the hammocks crawled into the tent. Only to find how roomy it was. My friend and I both over 6 feet and not narrow at the shoulders both had plenty of room in this tent. The near vertical walls and high head room are great, making it able to sit up while siting toward the side of the tent. Vestibules are a fair size as well keeping gear dry. Only issue i can for see is the zippers might get a little dirty in both the rain trap and body, but being a little aware and maintenance I'm sure there will be no issues. Great tent and looking forward to more trips.
I was concerned when I didn't see an instruction sheet and we didn't have time to test it out before heading into the Adirondacks. We took our chances and we were thrilled (and relieved) that the tent went up in minutes. We've done a couple of trips now, the last one included a tornado, and this tent has been great!
We tried this tent out on a trip in Glacier National Park. It rained the first night, but the tent kept us perfectly dry. We were car camping so put a tarp underneath and a queen air mattress inside. If you had two people to distribute the weight, it would be great for packing, too. It packs small, has a lot more room than a lot of two-man tents I've seen, and even has good head room. Super easy and fast to set up and put away. Having a door for each person was really nice, too. I wish it had a little pocket on the inside to keep some small stuff, but I really can't complain. It's a great tent. I've seen it a couple times on SAC and for a price of $150, it's a great deal.
