Description of Look PX/Axial2/Axium 120 Ski Binding Brake:
Fat skis call for fat brakes. Use the Look PX/Axial 2/Axium 120 Ski Binding Brake to mount up your fatties with Look PX, Look NX, or Rossignol SAS2 100, Axial 2, or Axium binding for a killer pow rig.
Bottom Line: Skiing without functional brakes is like driving without functional brakes: really sketchy.
These are very difficult to bend without a torch. Nice replacement for the brake I had on my Look PX12 Jib bindings. Screwed in flush and work great. Have them on my Volkl Bridge 92 underfoot. 100 seems to work well as the brake pulls itself in a bit when engaged by the boot. A shop tech put a pair of 120 width brakes on my skis after I needed some more serious binding repair (grr!) and those were WAY too wide...they were catching each other during turns. Have had no problem at all with these!
I have rossignal axium 120 bindings and bought these cause one of my brakes snapped. these come in the mail and fit like shit... extra cheap plastic everywhere.. after trimming plastic they fit decently, the metal base fits flush with the binding, however the plastic on the brake is even with the metal base of the brake so it doesnt hang onto the binding, AKA their is a huge gap in plastic between the binding and the brake. they are also no the same as this picture... fit is somewhat sketchy but prolly will work...
