these shorts are fantastic. True to size, very comfortable, look nice. So far I've worn them for up to 25-mile outdoor rides, and indoor spin classes, and I have not one complaint!! An added plus, if you are hardcore - they have no drag. it's kind of amazing. Since I'm not a speed demon, it doesn't really matter, but if that's what you are looking for, voila. Just to be clear on the padding - these have a fleece chamois, but no actual pads. That's what I wanted, but if you want padded shorts these aren't for you.
I'm not a triathlete - I purchased these shorts because i was looking lightweight cycling shorts for an indoor spin class. These are perfect, very lightweight, wick well, and have a very light chamois padding.
Nice shorts! A great feature is the patch of smoother fabric between the legs where chafing is common. They are not too tight around the quads, but so far I haven't had problems with them riding up.
