I love this jersey. It fits great and feels great (and looks great). I didn't have the riding up issues of the other poster, which is odd because I do get that with most jerseys. I'm 6'2", 150lbs and got a small. It's more of a club cut than a race cut.
My only quibble is I wish it were full zip, but I'm willing to overlook that because it breathes so well even in the heat in LA.
I've got mixed feelings about this jersey. I really like the style and fit of it a lot. It would be my favorite jersey hands down, if it wasn't for the fact that it rides up like no man's business. The waist is elastic and I constantly have to pull it down to keep it in place, otherwise it's up to my sternum, literally. I usually wear a small, and the small seems to fit fine, if it weren't for the riding up issue. I dunno, maybe a medium would have been better.
