Honestly the most comfortable snowboard boot i've ever put my foot into in the 15 yrs i've been riding..took them right out of the box and right onto the hill and no foot pain what so ever! none at all couldn't believe it myself...no heel lift at all! felt broken in right off the bat! excellent boot just make sure yours come with the right liners though! Command Liner as stated on DC's website not the Delta which mine came with but even at first with the delta liners boot was still awesome just that much better with the better liners after a lil customer service and straightening that out...PHENOMINAL
The DC Field 09 is just as waterproof as stated in the description and seems to be equally durable. The strong full coverage toe-cap is easily my favorite feature. The ankle support is so good I couldn't possibly imagine rolling my ankle in these boots. For me the Field was true to size, just a little snug, but breaking in is taking a little longer than I had hoped and for that reason I give it a (4).
