Throw on the DC Azusa Men’s Jacket and rip up the terrain park or the backcountry. The Azusa’s waterproof, breathable Exotex material features fully taped seams for crazy protection from the water, wind, and snow. With a removable hood, and removable waist and head gaiters, this baby will suit up for the worst winter weather and dress down for warmer days in spring. An inner-media pocket stores your MP3 without letting water in.
Bottom Line: The DC Azusa Men’s Jacket – weather protection that would make the Pope blush.
Love the wrist gaiters, removeable hood, and fit. XXL Fits well for the big/tall guys. Not sure what to make of the stowable balaclava. Seems to be an excessive feature, but it is removable as well so whatever, i guess. I will find out about waterproofing/breathability more this winter. A good find, on the cheap, that ah...would be the gist of what i am gettin at...
Got this jacket just before some crappy weather in Oz last week. Rained all weekend on the slopes, but the Azusa held up. DWR worked like a charm, water just beaded. Good pockets (although a little small for the hands), hood fits a helmet nicely, head gater and mitts are great when the cold weather really blows in (yes, it does snow in Australia!). Looks good too, the fluoro makes it easy for my mates to find me in a blizzard. Sweet as!!
