This bag does NOT split into 2 bags! I just got it and was checking out all the features. All around pretty sick, I was really disapointed tho after reading Keith's review that said it will split into 2 bags. I think he commented on the wrong bag. If you are looking for the bag to come apart, you want to check out the split convertable.
I took this bag around Europe for 3 weeks. I didn't bring any snowboard gear with me because it was strictly a work related trip. This was the only bag i needed. I fit about a dozen socks and boxers, 2 dozen t-shirts and long sleeve shirts, a few pairs of jeans and pants, 2 pairs of shoes and 3 hoodies. it was full...is that specific enough? I even had enough space to smuggle a few bottles of beer and schnapps back into the U.S.
The wheels are mega big and quiet. They look like little, off road tires. They held it together even on cobblestone streets. Caught a few compliments on the style of design (folsom).
Get the bigger one if you're gonna pack snowboard gear.
