A very solid bag that's entirely appropriate for air travel. The outside has tough nylon, and the inside is lined with a tear resistant tarp-like material. The entire bag is padded...probably about 1/3 inch thick padding. Interior straps keep your skis from moving about and the zippers are big and tough. I've flown twice with this bag so far and no problems with my gear (though I did wrap additional clothing around my bindings juuust to be sure). There's room to stuff some gloves and hats and other small accessories in the bag as you see fit. Overall I highly recommend this bag for ski travel.

I debated between the Concourse bag and the cheaper Single Fall Line bag. The Concourse has internal straps to cinch down skis and poles, rather than external cinch straps, which I found to be a huge plus. I really like the full-lenthg padding too. My alpine skis are 169cm and my backcountry skis are 175's so I went with the 185cm bag. I also have extra room to stuff ski socks and base layers in too. Very happy with this bag!

This is a dependable and reliable ski bag. I have it in black 185. The padding adds extra protection which can always be used. My Skis and poles fit very well inside. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new single ski bag. The Dakine Concourse is the way to go!
