I ordered this top in size S in both Black and Teal. The Black S fits very well. It hugs the curves, without being skintight. The Teal S seems to be irregular. It is tight around the bust, the sleeves are shorter than the Black S (too short for 3/4-sleeve), and the length seems to be about 2 inches shorter than the Black S. I am keeping the Black and returning the Teal.
I own this shirt in the teal, in a medium, and although it's comfortable and the color is pretty, it is WAY too short. It does hit exactly at the waist, so I always have to layer it over tank tops or other long t-shirts. The bust, too, hits too high, so that the bottom seaming of the bust line rides about 1/3 up the bust instead of sitting comfortably underneath. Although I liked the color and comfort of the shirt enough to keep it, I would be hard pressed to recommend it to someone else.
This top is well cut, and very flattering probably to most figures. The only problem is that it hits just at the waist, so for outdoorsy activities you run the risk of showing a bit of skin. I often wear a tank top underneath for this reason. I have the black top and it has faded a little over time with washing and general wear. Great durable fabric though, and definitely worth adding to your wardrobe!
