The synthetic-insulation liner jacket can be worn alone on mild days or under the shell when things get nasty. A zip-off hood and underarm zip vents let you control your body temperature on the mountain, and a removable powder skirt seals you off from white smoke. Columbia also included interior pockets for your goggles and MP3 player to keep you organized.
