Good quality and a good price. I agree that it does bunch up and is not the most flattering. It also looses its shape after you've had it on and the shorts ride up (which does not bother me too much).
That being said, again the price is good and nice for running errands etc.
I love the material. It's flattering & lightweight. I'm going to buy more! I wear it for golf, walking or just as a casual skirt. I've gotten several compliments. Only criticism is there is no pocket for my tees or marker.
