Description of Cloudveil Inertia Spinner Shirt - Long-Sleeve - Men's:
The Cloudveil Men’s Inertia Spinner Shirt acts as a lightweight, water-resistant jacket, but it looks and feels like a casually comfortable shirt. Cloudveil designed this snap-down shirt with a DWR coating that sheds spray and light rain and a high sun shade collar to protect your neck from burninating rays. Two large chest pockets stow fly boxes, maps, or extra line and leader, while a zippered chest pocket keeps the keys to your truck from disappearing during the excitement of a big bite.
The description of the product is pretty accurate. It looks like a shirt, but functions more like a lightweight jacket. It is pretty thick for a shirt, but thin for a jacket. The large cuffs on the sleeves feel more like a jacket. Thrown over a thin baselayer, I was recently very comfortable fishing in this with the weather around 50-55F. But it doesn't seem all that wind/waterproof. The 3 chest pockets are very useful (two of them are very large). This is a great piece of clothing for spring/fall fishing, where a long-sleeve shirt is not warm enough but a jacket is overkill.
