This is my 3rd Gridlock. It's extremely warm and soft aka comfy. It doesn't ball or pick up lint on the outside; and, the inside has long fibers - so it traps heat. The cut is very fitted and it runs true to size.
This is a very attractive fleece. It is cut slim, and as a result, it is very feminine. I agree with the other reviewer that you can't really fit another layer underneath, but you don't need it either. It is warm and cosy, with that super soft furry interior. And I love the hood - very chic. I bought it in kiwi, and seriously, it is my new all time favorite jacket. Also, very easy to wash - just toss in the machine, and I hang mine up to dry.
