Description of Burton AK Static 3L Pant - Women's: |
 |
When your alarm goes off in the morning, get up, pull on the Burton Women's AK Static 3L Pants, and jump in the shower. You won’t get clean, but it’s pretty neat knowing these snowboard pants will keep you dry, not just in the shower, but in waist-deep powder and melty March leftovers. Burton gave these Gore-Tex pants fully taped seams and water-resistant zippers to erase any worries of getting wet from your mind. The Link ZIP interface connects these pants to the AK Static or AK Rotor jacket for a continuous shell that negates powder skirts.**DISCONTINUED**
Bottom Line: Always ride dry.

| Nice pant, but comes bigger than I expected 11-13-09 |

| I ordered the XL, b/c when I tried another burton sig fit pant in large it seemed a bit snug, so when I got these in, they were very big on me. Unfortunately, I had to return them and exchanged them for the Summit pant in black denim. Other than that, the summit pant was nice, the only thing that I didnt' like was that there was no mesh lining in the leg vents. It is thin material but with a first layer under it, it should be fine as this pant will help block the wind. |

| Got my Mediums 10-22-09 |

| Just a follow-up: I got my Mediums today, and they do run a touch big. I'm glad I initially got the Smalls or else I probably would've returned the M for S and realized I had to then go back to M. Long story short: if you wear a Medium, buy a Medium, and even if they're a little too big, keep them! |

| Sizing 10-15-09 |

| I'm a normal size gal, 5'6" and ~125 lb. I typically wear a Medium, and once in a while I grab a Small (like when buying sweats from Victorias Secret).
After reading all the reviews, I was under the impression these pants were huge and ordered a Small. Nope, not gonna work. I was able to get in them but am positive I would have split them open in one day of boarding.
I'm currently awaiting my Mediums and am sure I'll be quite happy. Recap: Order whatever size you normally get! |
