Description of Burton Triad EST Snowboard Binding:
Mount the Triad EST Snowboard Binding onto a Burton ICS board to experience what high-end freestyle performance really feels like. The removable Sensory BED Cushioning System lets you choose between the supreme sensitivity of a baseless binding or the plush padding you need to stomp the park’s biggest tables. Burton’s Canted Living Hinge Air Frame highback lets you dial in your forward lean, and the medium flex provides the ideal feel for anything from rails to boxes to backcountry gaps. -

These are easily the best binding I have ever owned (I have had 6 different makes over my 11 years of riding). I am a 100% park rider, and these are fabulous on the jumps and rails. They are great for all around riding too. I am sure that the higher level ESTs (P1, etc.) are great too, but you get a lot of bang for the buck here. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of the EST set-up prior to trying it, and I rocked the EST board (Burton Fix) with regular bindings before purchasing the Triad ESTs, and there is a world of difference. If you have an EST channel board, you HAVE TO GET THE EST BINDINGS! The ESTs add control, comfort, and consistency that I never thought possible. Bottom line, worth every $ you spend!!! Get 'em now!
I've loved triad's since the first time I tried em. Wicked responsive, not heavy by any means and the EST system makes on mountain adjustments super easy. I work in a rental shop and the only problem I've seen with these is the high back breaking on super chilly VT days. Keep that high back down when you're getting on lift herbs!
Great for those days in the powder. Fantastic for the park. Good times in the pipe. Plenty of control. The airstrap is really one of a kind. A bit stiffer than what I expected, but still a great time all around!!!!!
