good but not as tough as I thought they'd be 03-09-09
They are leather which makes them last longer, but They don't have much lining at all and you really have to go over them several times with waterproofing wax because your fingers will be frozen by the end of a long session.
Just received these. They look good, seem well constructed, and don't have much lining. I expected a more robust glove, instead this is clearly a spring glove design (or at least a relatively warm day).
Also, according to the sizing chart I am a small, however when I received these the small appeared almost...feminine. I tried them on and the first thing that came to mind was women's driving gloves. Not cool. So buy a size up and you should be good. Finally, given the palm design and stitching I'd say this wouldn't last long gripping ski poles, but should do great for boarding, fyi.
