Don't get us wrong, though. This limited edition all-mountain snowboard not only looks great, but thanks to a moderate flex and easy-to-ride shape, the Alpha is super fun to ride, as well. Triax Response Fiberglass increases torsional stiffness for precise edge hold and a Super Fly wood core provides a lively, yet forgiving feel. Burton constructed the Alpha Snowboard with its Infinite Ride technology, which gives you powerful pop well beyond your 100th day of the season. *Available for US Shipment Only.

Me and my new board go everywhere together. Trees, groomers, park whatever. Firm grip on the mountain. A little bumby on the chunky stuff. The graphics are beautiful, white lotus flowers, and neat phrases to read while you are sitting at home plotting the next trip. The leather on top is getting a little frayed, and rips off pretty easily. But its just cosmetic.

I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT, I LOVE IT! The graphics on it are so detailed and textured ... you dont get the true feel for the board until you hold it in your hands. I haven't ridden it yet-March!-but, so far, I am overly impressed with the look & feel of the board .. I am ridiculousy pleased :)
