This burly Burton shell's 20K-rated waterproof laminate won't wear out after a couple of washings, so you'll stay dry season after season. When the clouds are puking and the wind is about to rip your board off, flip up the Ronin 3L Jacket's full-time hood and hide. In more moderate conditions or when hiking in the backcountry, unzip the mesh-lined pitzips to dump some heat. Printed Dice scrim lining give this technical shell a little style, while a waist gaiter keeps the fluff out on deep powder days. *Available for US shipment only.

This is a great jacket but be aware its just a shell. Thats not a problem but be aware. Pretty minimal for the cost but overall good jacket. Just got back from Whistler, BC, dumped the whole time I was there and never got wet. worked great with layering. Baggy/ roomy fit. Oh ya, no mesh lining in the armpit heat dumps. Word!

Loved it until my '09 stuff came. Served me well in '08. Long sleeves (2009 team fit) are the way forward though.

Great Jacket at a great price   12-19-08

This is one tough jacket. It's light, breathable, and totally waterproof. I wore it riding in northern MI last week. It was 45 degrees and raining. I never got wet. It has a nice media pocket and an external zip goggle pocket with wipe. You will definitely want to layer up for cold days as this jacket has no internal lining. The fit is slightly baggy but true to size with nice long sleeves. Overall I'd definitely recommend this jacket.
