Description of Burton Supermodel X Snowboard:
Burton gave the Supermodel X Snowboard every possible advantage they could come up with for ripping the sickest, steepest, big-mountain lines and backcountry chutes. The Powder Fly III core uses lighter materials in the tip to increase float without having to move the stance back more than an inch. This lets you land switch with confidence when you throw a five from the cornice. The Supermodel X has a super-fast Sintered WFO Vision base to get you tearing down the goods at blinding speeds, and Vaporskin construction to keep the whole package lightweight. *We can't control the color of board you get, but who doesn't like surprises? No seriously. Burton thought it would be funny to ship us a bunch of boards with random colored top sheets. We don't even know what the colors are. Cool huh?

Been riding snowboards for almost 10 years now, old board was a Burton Custom X. Just got back from Whistler it was the first time on this board - what a sweet ride, got a foot of POW- "Perfect" No POW leg, supper fast and edge hold is outstanding.

I bought this board for powder and that seems to be the perfect place for it. The board is so responsive I can easily go from cliffs and trees to wide open bowls filled with pow. The only down side is when you have to ride on groomed the flex is enough that you feel everything, but that is to be expected.

Excellent goto board for all Mountain conditions. Very Fast!!!!Not sold on it for pipe ridding. But don't really have any complaints. Maybe Jake could license MAGNA-TRACTION for it. I ride this board for POW and CUSTOM X for everthing else I wiegh 185lbs geard up.
