The folks in the Nepalese town of Lukla know how to stay warm, and that’s why we had them hand-knit the Backcountry.com Lukla Touque for us. This fleece-lined, wool beanie puts a cap on your body heat no matter what Nature throws your way. Quality craftsmanship and a traditional Nepalese design—what’s left to ponder?
I'm very particular about my hats - they have to be warm, but not too warm, stylie without steeze, cover my ears without covering my eyes, stay on my head without being too tight, work with sunglasses & goggles, not itch and fit in a pocket when I'm not wearing them. The BC.com Lukla does all of that, which is why it is my current hat of choice.
I'm a huge fan of products made by Backcountry.com. I've got a ton of them and everything has been great quality, fair price and really nice for innovation. These hats have great color in the wool and some really killer micro-fleece inside. The fit is really nice! I seem to have extra sensitive skin when it comes to wool so the fleece inside is a huge bonus! Plus the coffee/smoke hat matches my Mr. Rogers sweater perfectly! As an added bonus these guys have the hats made in Nepal. Thanks for another great product!
I dig the looks of this beanie (or Touque for you Canadians out there) and it's super warm. It does get a tad itchy along the edges, but the fleece liner keeps things cozy.
I wear it chillin around town and have really liked it. Nice one from the Goat crew.
