Description of Alycium Paramount Down Parka - Men's:
Blizzards? Sub-zero temps? Whatever. Ride through it all when you zip up the Alycium Men's Paramount Down Parka. Alycium—which is in the same brand base as Nomis, Section, and Technine—stuffed this quilted snowboard jacket with 500-fill down for warmth and used 15K waterproof material to keep you dry through winter's worst. Not only does down do a killer job of insulating, but it also breathes well, so you can wear the Paramount Parka pretty much all season. A wicking liner and no-snag Underarm zips further help regulate your temp, and Lycra wrist gaiters and a stretch powder skirt lock out powder. Three exterior pockets give you space for the essentials, and an integrated media pocket holds your iPod.
Bottom Line: A do everything down parka from brand you won't see everywhere.
Warm and dry even at sub zero temps. Wrist gators work flawlessly. Wet lake effect snow doesnt soak in. Nice to find a jacket that has a mix of function and steez. 6'1" 210lbs and the lrg fits right, room enough for an extra layer but not to bulky. It hasnt been above 25 degrees here in weeks and we get pounded with snow, this jacket delivers in all catagories at a great price.
I've owned this jacket for a year now, it's legit. It has kept me warm in -15 weather and the wrist gaiters are just about the greatest feature ever.
I'm 6'1" 175lbs and the medium fits me perfectly. Everyone else who's saying the sleeves are too long must be really short.
I purchase a Medium and the jacket was 1 size too big at least. I'm 5'11", 175, 40" chest and the fit very big, even bulky sweater. The arm length was also very long.
