solid boot for moving intermediate into advanced 01-02-09

atomic boots are good boots. a little about me, i have a narrow foot and thick ankles (i swear they're not cankles) and muscular calf muscles- in short, i don't have the demure lady ankles that will snap at the first sign of ice... that said, if you have normal legs you'll probably need to get some pressure points worked out with the tongue of the boot. there isn't a lot of support in the foot bed, but my toesies were comfortable skiing 4 days breaking them in in Breckenridge. responsive and quality. also comfy...

Comfortable performance boots. 04-20-09

I am a very aggressive, fast skier who got tired of fighting with my stiff high performance boots. So, I got these boots, thinking a flex of 90 was decent enough for performance and I wouldn't have to kill myself to get into the boots. I also got them for a killer deal on Tramdock. (With the money I saved, I splurged and got a new orthotic for the boot.) Verdict: Awesome. Very comfortable to put on and take off (hooray) and I can still ski like the devil with no appreciable downgrade in my skiing due to this comfortable boot.
