Description of Arc'teryx Sidewinder SV Jacket - Women's:
The Arc'teryx Women's Sidewinder SV Jacket provides the bomber protection of Gore-Tex Pro to keep you dry and comfortable while you ride through a big mountain storm. The feminine fit hugs your womanly curves like a vase holds a winter flower, and the fully seam-taped, waterproof breathable shell holds off snow whether you're on your local mountain or heli skiing in Alaska. Arc'teryx used an offset zipper to help you seal out the moisture without rubbing your chin raw. The Sidewinder SV Jacket also includes a helmet-compatible hood, because you'll want a brain bucket when you're dropping big lines in AK. *Only available for US shipment.
Bottom Line: Giant mountain, deep snow, howling wind—none of it is a problem when you have the feminine Arc'teryx Sidewinder SV Jacket.
Hands down best jacket I have ever owned. Super lightweight. Fit is tailored to be feminine but doesn't restrict movement. The sidewinder flap actually blocks wind, even when its unzipped (better if you ride regular). Arc 'teryx gear is pretty expensive, but they last forever and never go out of style.
Light, completely wind and waterproof, beautiful color (scarlet), unlike any other I've seen around. The hood has three different adjustments, so you can have it any way you want. The collar is really high, which I love. I also love that it's so long - I have it in Large (I'm 1,72 m), and it reaches below my derriere - perfect! :) The pockets are really huge, so you can stow a lot of stuff in them. Can't wait for the winter to come, so I can test it in the snow.
