Sexiest Sweatshirt Ever 05-18-09

I have pretty much lived in this for a few weeks since I got it. The fit is perfect for me (I got a medium and am 5'10" 140lbs) and the fabric feels amazing. The color on the sundried tomato is pretty good looking too (a bit darker than photo). My favorite thing about this sweatshirt is inside of the kangaroo pocket there is a zippered pocket in the stomach panel so you can put stuff in without worrying about it falling out the sides. Genius. Arctery'x strikes again.

I really wanted to like this hoody - it looked so adorable in the photos. Three reasons I returned it: 1. The fit looked nothing like the photo. Granted, I'm between the small & medium, and went for the medium, but it just wasn't right. The sides are cut almost straight down, and don't have the cute scoop-in like the photo. (Reminds of manikins in the store with the shirt pinned back.) 2. Super itchy without undershirt. Would have never guessed it was Arc'teryx brand Merino wool. Feels like cheap wool. 3. Color was much darker/rustier than the photo. Pros: 1. Good construction 2. Warm 3. Cute hood

Horrible itchy 11-05-09

Order in a smaller size if want to wear this as a stand alone piece. But saying that I had to return it because it was the scratchiest wool piece I have tried. I wear a lot of wool icebreaker, smartwool and Ibex so it is the piece not me. I think this will be my last Arcteryx buy since they outsourced to china the quality is what you would expect for china and the price is for the old great Canadian gear. I think backcountrys stuff from Canada has been a good investment... Thanks guys
