| I bought this product when I first got into cycling, and I didn't realize how well it worked until I ran out of it and had to switch to Gatorade. I do not get as sore afterwards, I recover faster, and I've never seized up or cramped up on long hot days when I use Accelerade. The taste is somewhat... acquired, but it grew on me. I love this stuff. |

| I like the nutrition information on Accelerade, but it tastes absolutely awful. The Lemonade is like lemonade mixed with milk and soy milk (which is basically what it is). The Orange tastes like orange drink mixed with milk an soy milk. The addition of caffeine even gives it a hint of that bitter caffeine taste. For me, if I don't like the taste of something, I won't drink it, and that's a problem. If you want protein in your drink, go for Podium. Better yet, just get it from a food source. |

| I love this drink. Dissolve half the amount that is asked (that is - one scoop for 24oz bottle), both taste and performance are great. I found myself drinking more while biking and much less pain during and after the trip. |
